Corporate Team Building Paint Activity

Paint Lounge is the perfect art studio to host your corporate team building paint party to boost company morale, creativity, and communication! With three locations in Toronto, Markham, & Vaughan get to know your team better in our creative space as we help you to create art on a canvas.

Choose from a guided workshop where we teach everyone to paint the same thing, or go freestyle – either individually so each person can express their individuality, or collaboratively so you can walk away with new artwork to hang up in the office.

We suggest picking a theme that aligns with your team’s values. For example, pick a galaxy theme for innovation, trees for growth! It’s best to brainstorm with the entire team during the team building session, and if you need ideas, our artist staff are always here to help.

Adult 3 Hour Freestyle Individual Package

$29.00 per person, minimum 6 people

Pick a theme and have the guests freestyle on individual solo 16×20” canvases. We have different ideas on site and our staff are always here to help. This is great if you want to encourage creative self-expression and if you want each person to take home a painting.

Each guest receives our solo-sized canvas, plus a hot tea or hot coffee.

Adult 2.5 Hour Freestyle Collaborative Package

$23.50 per person, minimum 6 people

Create a connecting piece as a collaborative effort on full 24×30” canvases. This is great if you’re painting for someone special or have a common area to hang up the collaborative art afterwards.

Put your heads together and brainstorm on our giant blackboard canvas, then connect the canvases together to form one big picture (alternative: each canvas can be its own painting).

6-10 guests: 2 canvases | 11-15 guests: 3 canvases | 16-20 guests: 4 canvases | 21-25 guests: 5 canvases | 26-30 guests: 6 canvases | 31-35 guests: 7 canvases | 36-40 guests: 8 canvases | Every 5 additional guests: +1 canvas

Adult 2.5 Private Guided Workshop Package

$40 per person, minimum 10 people

Pick an adult workshop painting of your choice and we’ll guide your group step-by-step to create the workshop of choice in a private session on a date & time of your choice, on individual solo 16×20” canvases. Please note there may be others in the studio but your workshop will be in a private section of the studio, and the workshop is exclusive to your group.

Each guest receives our solo-sized canvas, plus a hot tea or hot coffee.

Adult 2-3 Hour Shared Guided Workshop Package

$35.00 per person, minimum 4 people

Join a pre-scheduled adult workshop on our calendar, and get a group rate when you have 4 or more guests. For workshops, we’ll guide your group step-by-step to create the workshop painting on the date & time scheduled on the calendar.

Each guest receives our solo-sized canvas.

Party Add-Ons

Liquor Option

You are welcome to enjoy painting with drinks. Just bring liquor for your team building painting event and let us know when you book. Please note that you will be responsible to obtain a Special Occasion Permit form the LCBO. **Excludes shared workshop packages.

Outside Food Fee

$20

If you’re planning on bringing outside food or cake, let us know when you book so we can get tables ready for your party. Please note that we will supply table space and clean up for your group, and your group is responsible for cutlery, plates, and tablecloths, if needed. **Excludes shared workshop packages.

Book Your Next Visit With Us

To secure your party date and time, we will need to hold your credit card information with us, and charge a deposit fee. A deposit fee of $100 (for groups of less than 15) or $300 (for groups of 15+) is non-refundable. The final number of guests in your party must be confirmed at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled party. Paintlounge reserves the right to charge your group for the minimum confirmed numbers on the day of your party. If you cancel at least 72 hours in advance, your deposit will be transferred as a store credit. The deposit on any cancellations within 72 hours of the start of the scheduled party cannot be transfered over. On the day of the event, the deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the party.

Taxes and gratuities are extra. 15 percent gratuities will be applied to Adult Parties of 6 or more guests. 15 percent gratuities will be applied to Kids Parties of 6 or more guests. A suggested 15 percent gratuities is recommended for other parties.

The maximum capacity at Toronto West is 50 guests. The maximum capacity at Markham is 40 guests. The maximum capacity at Kleinburg is 35 guests.
