Please note that offsite events are only available to corporate customers, and are available from Mondays to Fridays 10am to 5pm. Locations are limited to areas accessible by public transit. We do not go to residential addresses.
We’ll supply: paints, brushes, palettes, water cups, paper towels, aprons, tarps / table coverings, and canvases. Please note some supplies may need to be delivered and stored at your location one day in advance.
We’ll need from you: access to sink / water, trash bins, tables.
Although we try to protect the space as best as we could, accidents can happen and paint could possibly end up on your premise and unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any damages caused.
To secure your party date and time, we will need to hold your credit card information with us, and charge a deposit fee. A deposit fee of $100 (for groups of less than 15) or $300 (for groups of 15+) is non-refundable. The final number of guests in your party must be confirmed at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled party. Paintlounge reserves the right to charge your group for the minimum confirmed numbers on the day of your party. If you cancel at least 72 hours in advance, your deposit will be transferred as a store credit. The deposit on any cancellations within 72 hours of the start of the scheduled party cannot be transfered over. On the day of the event, the deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the party.
