To secure your party date and time, we will need to hold your credit card information with us, and charge a deposit fee. A deposit fee of $100 (for groups of less than 15) or $300 (for groups of 15+) is non-refundable. The final number of guests in your party must be confirmed at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled party. Paintlounge reserves the right to charge your group for the minimum confirmed numbers on the day of your party. If you cancel at least 72 hours in advance, your deposit will be transferred as a store credit. The deposit on any cancellations within 72 hours of the start of the scheduled party cannot be transfered over. On the day of the event, the deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the party.
Taxes and gratuities are extra. 15 percent gratuities will be applied to Adult Parties of 6 or more guests. 15 percent gratuities will be applied to Kids Parties of 6 or more guests. A suggested 15 percent gratuities is recommended for other parties.
The maximum capacity at Toronto West is 50 guests. The maximum capacity at Markham is 40 guests. The maximum capacity at Kleinburg is 35 guests.
